DAVE HODGSON, JOHN HUKE and NEWTON WESTERN have filed applications to become Ward 3 Councillor in the City of Kawartha Lakes [CoKL] in the October 2010 Municipal Election. Ward 3 encompasses a portion of the northern area of the CoKL and Four Mile Lake is one of its primary constituencies. |
