Anybody run the trails up around 4mile? I might come up this weekend and go  for a ride if anyone wants to join. Might do a bit of ice fishing as well.

I run them usually.  Not going up this weekend but the trails in the area looked good on forums and Facebook.

To keep up to date with Haliburton (Kinmount North) I follow this forum

For Kawartha Lakes (Fenelon, Kinmount, Lindsay, Norland) I liked their page on Facebook (Kawartha Lakes Snowmobile Club)

For Bobcaygeon I liked their page on Facebook (Twin Mountain Snowmobile Club)

Yeah I am heading up now.  I think tomorrow we are heading to Barrie via the trails.  We have an ice hut on the west side of the lake.  We are staying until Sunday night.  Stop in and see if we are around.

Heading up tomorrow night Feb 28. Gonna' hit the trails Sat morn with my BIL and thinking of heading up to Haliburton. I havn't ridden the trail system up there yet, anybody know how long  of a trip it is from Burnt River? Anyone looking to join is more than welcome to.

I think it's about 55 km from Burnt River. It is a great ride! The rail trail takes you all the way to the lake in Haliburton. Our record time is 45 minutes but that was at night. It shouldn't take you more than 2 hours at a leisurely pace.
