NEW: Revised By-Laws

At a Special Members’ Meeting held via zoom on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024, our members approved our revised by-laws.  The Ontario's Not For Profit Corporation Act (ONCA), which replaced the Ontario Corporations Act on October 19th, 2021, required that all not-for-profit organizations comply by October 19, 2024.
