Notice of Candidacy
To Our Valued Members:
The Four Mile Lake Association’s governing by-law stipulates there be a Board of Directors consisting of nine (9) members plus the Past President for a total of ten (10) Board Members. Each of those members are elected for a two year term and may remain as Board Members for no greater than 6 consecutive years.
This brings us to a critical time in our Association as we now potentially have six (6) vacancies to fill. We encourage all to consider joining this team to continue with the activities that the Association has started and hope to continue.
Attached you will find the Notice of Candidacy which we hope you will consider completing and submitting by May 31st so we can present new Board Members at the annual General meeting. In the event we receive more than 6 Candidates we will prepare ballots for the membership to vote on at the June Annual General Meeting.
